We exhibited at the Middle East Smart Landscape Summit 2015 in Dubai earlier this year, because we know that its visitors need to know how the latest thinking in the sector can be applied in the Middle East.
Living Walls make a significant difference to landscapes, and we install and maintain them all over the world, most relevantly in the Middle East, so our aim was to connect with the people who are looking for them, and help them as much as we could.
We produced a special 44-page coffee table book of case histories to provide inspiration to the exhibition visitors; apply to download a pdf of this for yourself.
The Summit was held at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, and is in its third year. Amongst those who attended were 400 senior level landscape architects, government authorities, urban planners, developers, environmental specialists and contractors who are committed to the development of sustainable landscapes across the Middle East region.
Our stand visitors were particularly interested in our unique Living Wall system because it can be used anywhere in the world, and it can also be controlled from our head office in the UK if the client requires us to do so. People told us they liked the fact that it can be managed and kept in superb condition with minimal input from them.
The kind of organisations that love our system include major airports and other tourism gateway providers, the world’s leaders in information technology who want to provide the absolute best for their staff, top hotel chains where the customer’s experience is of critical importance, and other prominent market leaders.
We also have some fans amongst global celebrities, where we install and maintain the system in their lovely homes – but don’t ask us who, or where, because our lips are sealed!
