Our installation managers are training a construction company to install the Viritopia Living Wall System in Armenia. We sent out the modules for the walls last year, which have been planted up with an assortment of species of native plantlife and are now onsite awaiting installation. The site is the UWC Dilijan school, a new international co-educational boarding school which opens to pupils in September this year.
Our system was chosen because it’s so simple to install, with minimal training. The local firm will be installing exterior green wallsof 1,500m2, to wander over the face of the building in an infinitive design. More than a learning tool and an eco-friendly statement, the living walls will help insulate the building and provide all those proven air-quality benefits to students and staff. What’s more, numerous studies show that rich plantlife improves concentration, information absorption and productivity. The future looks good for Dilijan school.
