Now Spring has arrived, we are offering interactive tours around London Wall Place with our experienced horticulturalist, Steve McIntyre, once more. Having proved such a hit last year where we hosted tours of up to 25 people, we wanted to make the most of 2019's warmer months!
It's the best time of year to visit this beautiful development in the heart of London, where the flowers in the living walls are blossoming into all shades of purples, pinks and oranges, and the gardens are coming alive once again.
The tours are focused on sustainable architecture and green infrastructure in urban design, but we can tailor the tours so you can get the most out of the time. In 2018, these tours were very popular with students, who were preparing for their dissertations or extending their knowledge and experience in their subject.
These tours are also CPD accredited, and so are very well-received by architects who want to grow in their understanding and application of green infrastructure in urban design.
Let us know what you would like to gain from the experience, and we can create an agenda which suits you or your group.
If you haven't already heard of London Wall Place (it is up there in our favourite projects!), it is a stunning new development which showcases the best in modern infrastructure, landscape design, innovative greening and the history of the area. Regularly named an 'Oasis in the City' with its lush greenery a stark contrast to the grey and noisy city surroundings, book a tour or plan a visit and you will soon see why...
